So I’m kind of at a loss with this. I have firefly-iii in a docker container, and it works great, it just takes forever to respond to requests. At first I thought it was a firefly issue or maybe I wasn’t giving it enough cpu, but I checked and those were fine. The strange thing is when I use tcpdump. When I try to load the webpage and I have tcpdump listening on the client ethernet port, the server docker interface, and inside the container, I see requests right away on the client, server, and server docker interface, but it takes about a second for those to show up inside the container. However, if I use telnet and connect to the port from the client, it connects right away. Similarly, I can ping no problem and without delay from inside the container. I have the container just on the default bridge network and with no ipam settings. I’ve never had this issue before with networking in docker. I would love any help on this! submitted by /u/smileypig2 [link] [comments]
