Someone at our company created a Docker ID (user) using our company name and is no longer with the company. We do not know who this employee was, but we have unsuccessfully surveyed the current users at the company and also attempted to recover the password with many known past employees using email aliases. The Docker ID (user) has a single repo that hasn’t been updated for > 2y (well past the 6 mo noted in section 4.3 in Docker Terms of Service). We have a tried different channels to reach out to Docker/Mantis for help in this matter with no success. Can someone please help us as to how to resolve this issue so that we can reclaim ownership of the existing Docker ID and convert to Organization in an effort to upgrade our Organizational Plan to Teams. submitted by /u/SimpleHank [link] [comments]
