Working on a MicroServices Architecture (MSA) based application for the first time, and trying to figure out how the various MSA components find each other? IP addresses are not guaranteed to be the same all the time, so how can my components find the IP/FQDN of my controller container? There has to be some kind of mDNS/DNS or event bus that my component containers can tap into in order to find IP/FQDN addresses of the other components and start talking to them. Maybe my GoogleFoo is weak, but I can’t seen to find anything, and I have to think this problem was solved long long ago. Thanks for you help! 🙂 submitted by /u/JD_Exonets [link] [comments]
