Hi, I need to control /etc/hosts file inside pod with configMap.I have some challenges.First because there are other files inside /etc/ I needed to use subPath in mountPath config, this maked configMap not syncable so if I change configMap I needed to restart deployment. Now when I do it , I exec to pod check /etc/hosts file and see that my new changes are written there but operating system does not apply them. What is the most optimal way of controlling /etc/hosts with configMap? submitted by /u/sukur55 [link] [comments]
